Delegates briefly adjourn a special session of the state House of Delegates in Charleston, W.V., on Monday, August 13, 2018. The delegates are voting on 15 articles of impeachment charges against Chief Justice Margaret Workman and Justices Robin Davis, Allen Loughry and Beth Walker.
